The LBI supported the Internationales Symposium NeoLatina „Angelo Poliziano. Dichter und Gelehrter“, which was held from 3th to 5th July at the University of Würzburg (organized by Prof. Thomas Baier). The LBI was represented by Valerio Sanzotta, who gave a paper (Per Ficino e Poliziano) and by Florian Schaffenrath, who chaired a session. The over 20 participants, coming from different countries and different scientific traditions, made this colloquium a stimulating and memorable event.
