“Dr.-Otto-Seibert-Preis” awarded to Johanna Luggin

In December 2015, Johanna Luggin, researcher in the LBI’s project line “Neo-Latin and the History of Mentalities” was awarded the “Dr.-Otto-Seibert-Preis zur Förderung wissenschaftlicher Publikationen” by the University of Innsbruck for her PhD-thesis, the first modern edition of Thomas Hobbes’ poem De mirabilibus Pecci.

The award is granted for publications, which not only show a high academic quality but also practical relevance.
