This year, the ‚Tag des Denkmals (Monument Day) on 24 September 2023 at Stams Monastery was dedicated to the celebrations of ‚750 years of Stams‘: a rich programme was offered. Florian Schaffenrath was able to introduce numerous interested people to the beauties of the library in Stams and the Latin epigram collection of Benedikt Stephani from the seventeenth century during several guided tours in the afternoon. More than 200 people were thus able to become familiar with one aspect of Tyrolean Neo-Latin research.
