Alexia DedieuMA MA
Alexia Dedieu is a PhD researcher at the Université Grenoble Alpes in joint agreement with the Università degli Studi di Pisa. Her doctoral research centres on the scholarly reception of Euripides in the 16th century. Her research focuses mainly on the Neo-Latin translations, paratexts and commentaries to Euripides in the XVIth century and explores how this literary production echoes the intellectual and literary history of the time, but also shaped the later reception of the poet and the classical tradition of ancient drama. She holds a M.A. in Classics from the Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, and an M.A. in Literature and Performing Arts from the Université Grenoble Alpes.
